      Dear ex-colleague, you seem to have been frustrated at Nagarro. Perhaps you were working in a team whose leader favored some people over others. We have several checks and balances for that situation including project change requests (that we take very seriously) and 360 degree feedback. We also altered the old model where the BUs "owned" people for this very reason - now we all work from a central pool. Perhaps the changes came too late for you.       They will give you money whether you have done work or not

      Cons

      -Long Bench periods -HR will force people to work in the technology not relevant to their experience. -Hiring is not done according to requirement rather done in bulk so after hiring you can tried to put in any project/technology by HR. -Resource management very poor. -Not Suitable for people who want to learn
