I am happy that overall you feel that Nagarro is a good place to work (and it matters a lot since you have been with us for a long time). Your feedback about salary structure is something I would like to go over in more detail (if you are willing to come and talk to me in person). We have made several changes to the salary structure this year to address concerns that people had raised about it earlier this year. Therefore I would like to know what other improvements can be made that you are not seeing. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor.

Thanks for taking the time to post this review. Let me try and respond to some of the more negative experiences that you have had here. Usually, we get the opposite feedback - for instance, we are told that HR doesn't do enough. One of the reasons that we have HR representatives being a big part of a person's life cycle through Nagarro is because we do not want a hierarchical structure, where the managers are solely responsible for all aspects of the individuals working with them. Having said this, none of this is designed to be interfering (else we again lose out on the non-hierarchical nature of our organization). On the salary aspect I find it surprising. I am confident that we are in fact above industry standards - industry being Indian IT services industry (for salaries in India). We benchmark our salary data regularly to test this statement. Also, we do hire better people all the time. In fact, we are always trying to hire people better than ourselves. If we are to keep growing like we are, we need to have a strong focus on hiring good people, and we do. Training has always been an important aspect at Nagarro. As we are growing, so are our needs for training. We have tied up with a third party for our training content needs to supplement our in-house training team. This is an area that we are going to double down on in the coming months. I think we will do fine. I wish you had hanged around longer to be part of that.
