Poor Hr Management, Poor Projects with zero knowledge Manager. Very less pay as per their competitor.

Work from home, yes it's a big advantage.

Cons

Not good hike. Previously nagarro was known for good hike but now they give so many excuses like - there is no budget ... senior team mates do not treat junior or new comers properly. I had joined as a fresher, I wanted to start training in python and data science domain but they moved me in .net. I mailed HR but she don't listen.
