      Salary structure only at the time of joining appraisals are good for chaploos people only biased management people are literally bad at their communication skills random hiring - on luck

      Work culture is good which shows good work life balance. Fun activities to indulge with team regularly. Onsite opportunities and good learning too. This is the best company for all specially for girls. HR and Management are supportive, they listen the queries and respond positively. Appraisals are good too. In one liner it is the Best company to work with.

      For Software tester initial salary is low.
