      Pros

      I started my Career in NOKIA as a Graduate engineer trainee and progressed to become a CORE Engineer. Pros: Good place to learn Nice and less pressure environment No critical deadlines

      Cons

      Slow career growth and no proper methods for top management to monitor growth of employees.

      Pros

      The company provides a nice platform to learn at early stages. Nokia has a stronger presence in Managed Services division. It has a fair company policy.

      Cons

      It could be difficult to get promotion after initial years. A lot of hierarchy is maintained sometimes. The company has a fair policy but sometimes it is entirely up to the manager to provide you with the opportunities. The line managers hold a lot of power.
