Being on the West Coast of the US meant many days of 5:00 am calls to Finland. A mobile giant that doesn't understand the US market and refuses to let the US unit operate how it needs to. Too many levels of management. Slow to move on good ideas. Poor execution. New US management team has many gifted leaders but the marketing department is careless and out of touch with the company's brand situation.

- promotion and hiring not merit-based; based on "who you know" within the company - poor, and rapidly declining, position within the industry - unstable and disorganized i.e. reorganization every 6 months - too much powerpoint - always talking about strategy, not enough execution! - average salary
