Pros

Easy going, relaxed company. Nothing changes, so you can stay and enjoy forever. Just repeat your last project.

Cons

very boring company with no procedure to follow. Half the people are not doing anything. Though the company has tons of money and instead of spending that on people, they buy tons of useless lab equipment. Don't expect any recognition or fun activity. Just show up and leave. There is no interaction between different teams. No one knows each other. There are tons of legacy stuff that are just copied over and no one knows why it is there.
