Pros

Nokia is a great place to work. Sure, your experience will be impacted by the team and service you are representing, but in the end, people tend to like the company and what they do. People are the biggest asset of this company and it will be difficult for a new joiner not to fall in love with the colleagues. This is a Finish company and you see that reflected in the values/attitudes of Nokians. Pekka walk the talk, and that is refreshing.

Cons

Nokia is a company trying to find its place for a long time. Every 2 years you see a restructuring happening, with some heads rolling in the organization. That tends to be stressful (for people leaving, but also for people staying). Depending on the teams, micromanagement tends to happen (it's a trend in big companies, so not a con by itself).
