Pros

Interesting work in advanced telecom

Cons

Open office environment is a failure. Every time company loses a little money they cancel pay increases. Employees are expected to work 50-60 hours but only report 40 on timecarcs

Pros

Nokia is very unique in its culture. Despite going through many transformations and way too many changes, remained to be very humane in its approach, provides ultimate flexibility to its employees for managing work, incredibly respectful for individuals especially on private life, health etc matters, always thrives to make things better.

Cons

Working in Nokia can be tiring for those who can not keep up with extremely fast pace of change. All changes; brand, strategy, organization, etc all the time which is annoying. Compensation & benefits is just going worse each day, Nokia is no longer a competitive employer for remuneration.
