Never a dull moment, always a lot of changes and new developments in the organization. The journey from 2007 has included a great merger, a very challenging world economy and now a bright outlook with a clear strategy

Cons

For many years the investement in people and their development has been seriously challenged, but now things are looking better. There has been very little opportunities for training and development for almost 3 years
