Pros

Lots of freedom and self management Employee feedback driven site improvement Initiatives on Lean and Agile Lots of opportunities for Management roles

Cons

Small annual salary increase Employee-HR relationships are almost always through the managers which gives managers a lot of power. Some of them abuse it. Too much self management and freedom is very prone to abuse. Consider office politics if you want to grow . Not much formal trainings from outside the company. Managers are too young. Sometimes they do not know what they are doing.
