May be work load is less amongst the competitor company in telco market. Lots of learning opportunities

Salary is very low compared to industry Syd and workload Company is doing loss in last 3yrs long Managements decission seems very unstable Last tr fired a lot of employees due to loss of contract from a customer. So job security is not also up to the European company std
