Pros

Very flexible and healthy work life balance.

Cons

The management is poor. They hire you with a lot of benefits but once you're in, there is no development. You won't be promoted for atleast 3-4 years even though they say you can in 2 years. They'll give very less raise and even cut your bonus saying you haven't completed a full year. These little petty things they do is too annoying. Also the managers are there to lick their own managers, not for the benefits of you, so don't expect much from them, they're not supportive at all and are ready to throw you under the bus at the slightest inconvenience.
