      Nokia has a g very good work environment, but suffers from leadership and vision problems.

      Pros

      Great work environment. Excellent competent and professional employees.

      Cons

      corporate vision changes every 2 months and management is chasing the latest re-organization. Poor market strategy and in the midst of major restructuring, thus causing instablity in US facilities and many rounds of layoffs.
