HR are really not prepared at all for such a huge company: they blame employees when they come with a request/questions.
They feel like God, but they aren't (especially considering how high is the request for engineers and the competition among companies).
Access to company courses is limited to 'family-members' and are given based on personal preferences of HR (there should be a shortlist of all applying employees with meritocratic parameters to evaluate which should have access - no way to arrange it, not sure why it is so difficult).
No commuter-friendly policy: most of the people are coming from Milan and they are not supported by the company with company bus/commuting compensation.
Low salaries and lower grow opportunities compared to other companies in the Milan area.
