      - European culture. - Hi tech industry. Fast pace. - Flexibility in working hours and from home. - Competitive salaries. - Possibility to move around and relocate

      - Very weak HR function - Too slow to get anything done in a fast pace industry - Many reorgs resulting in uncertainties and delays - Teams are scattered across the globe making it difficult to communicate

      Pros

      Very, open global and intercultural company, where it is possible, even recommendable, to take international assignments in order to move ahead in career. Nokia provides and supports good learning opportunities and carries responsibility about environment but also employees during lay-offs.

      Cons

      Currently facing challenges and tough competition which is making the work stressful sometimes. It might be difficult to move ahead in career without pulling the strings. It is difficult to get rid of the friend-hiring in the large organization.

      Very good professional - personal life balance. Satisfaction that the technology that you work on positively impacts millions of individuals.

      Cons

      At board level, lack of direction to succeed. Not much future prospects in terms of job security as the company is drastically losing market share and value.
