1) Usually the budget is enough for a yearly raise in this BG. 2) There is room for self-development via courses etc 3) Flexibility to work from home when requested. 4) Bonus should also be considered depending on previous year's revenue. 5) There are company buses that take you to the office. 6) there is opportunity to buy stocks and a stock reward if you buy for 12 months.
Cons
1) Raise is usually les than enough, and seems to be less even than inflation! 2) Whoever thinks is undervalued should get into discussions, which quite frustrating for most people. 3) Full-time office depending on the director can be forced to the team. 4) Far away from the city center 5) Time for self-development is usually non-existent due to timelines from Management. 6) Even though the technologies are there, you usually end up scripting too much repetitive things.
