      Businss going down and much more pressure due to poor SW/HW quality and lack of customer trusts.

      Pros

      Relative stable position once employed. Slightly more benefits compare with the industry. e.g. claims, birthday leaves.

      Cons

      Minium salary increase once signed the contract. Barely internal promotion opportunities. Vacancies are often not published on internal job market. The published job vacancies are often filled by prearranged/fixed people before the advised closing date. Worse work and life balance. Managements push every project regardless of the huge efforts required. And no recoginzations for the efforts and contributions.

      You are always working alongside a team of experienced engineers and technicians to ensure the quality and connectivity of Nokia's 5G networks and fiber connectivity for customers across the nation.

      Cons

      Working in the NOC requires constant communication with customers, vendors, and technicians. It is necessary to have a lot of patience and good customer management skills.

      They try to keep a good culture related to working hours. People in majority try to show a kidness

      Cons

      Managers promote their friends and those who do the reporting. They lack not only of tech skills but also they lack soft skills. They try to work as less as possible and even a daily meeting is not effective anymore . Not to mention that they are not taking care of your career path. Reagirding HR is completely useless. The company is not in good times since they have plans for layoffs and they try to support projects with working stidents. Salaries below market average.
