Good culture and employees benefits. Good salary.

Cons

You may get laid off anytime. Always there is a layoff plan every 3 yrs. Your number may come anyday. Mandatory layoff every year 15% in a team. If you stay in top 80% then your are good.

I was once called on a Sunday to log in and work. Overtime is common among employees. Training is ridiculous to non existent.
