Pros
Training will be given to you. Initially 2 months things would be better as you are new one and will get opportunity to learn a lot about telecom and the product basics etc
Cons
1 . You need to be productive since the very first day after training ends or else you will be watched as a piece of waste over here. 2. Worse is the Senior Team member in the team ( depends not all of them). They will taunt you for every single minor mistakes and also they will think that you are already knowing each of the segment of the product only in 2 months. 3. A lot of work pressure in R&D , There is nothing like R&D if you are being pushed every minute to deliver the things asap. 4. No Joining kits/ welcome/ food or cab facilities 5. You have to solve every generic issue either that's the part of scrum or not. 6. You would have to work on weekends , and there will be no comp-offs for same. ======================================================== Note : It's my personal experience of one of the teams from India R&D Gurgaon. Of course There are better and best teams here as well.
