Not bureaucratic, easy and flexible workplace environment

Cons

Easy to get stuck in a silo if you stay on one project too long. Up to the employee themselves to keep current, which is possible with plethora of available free online training

The section would probably run out of characters until I would have ended my cons regarding this said-company. The worse experience of my life so far, honestly! No training was issued, the said managers didn’t even respond to messages in case you ever needed an information and/or piece of advice. It was literally the shortest job I have ever had in my life (and the worst!)!
