It's still Ok company, but use to be great. They have a good benefits and a lot of good people to work with.

Cons

I think as a company Nokia is losing there way.

It was a great and memorable experience

Pros

The work-personal balance was excellent. Even though the stress level in the team was high, there were enough facilities provided.

Cons

Management did an abrupt switch over to a new OS, thus stranding millions of consumers. The teams supporting the older OS were terminated.

good work place and atmosphere, nice people mostly. generous 401k matching, freebie phone, a lot of smart people

Cons

ESPP has been down hill the past few years. frequent re-org, good product gets canceled, doesn't seem to know what it is doing. no opportunity for advancement. people from mother ship with no exp or little exp gets promoted, then they leave. cancel product too quick when it's not making money, not even trying.
