Cons
Pay is average, other product companies are paying better for same work. Increment will be below inflation, then sudden down sizing also might happen in org. Product offerings are outdated/behind as compared to their competitors. Architechs are not doing a good job, of avoiding costly mistakes. Products are simply using wrong oem/foss and developers life is made difficult with it. These things can be taken care at architecture level discussions. Any inputs from developers are ignored. Only ask from developer is to, implement - fix bug - provide work around for bug which cant be fixed because of bad design. And dont ask question on architectural problems of it.
