I began to work in Nokia on March of 2021, all goes well at the beginning. My background was far from telecom sector , but my manager said that I would have the notify period that was needed...In the interview he said about software development in c/c++ , after 3,5 months that was not-existent....ok there was some guidance from the called "buddy" but for all other issues except from writing code ... Naturally, I expressed questions for non-compliance with what has been agreed...What was the result?My manager said me that if u don't like this please resign....I suggested to move me to another department more closely into my background...even if I had done all the asked projects he asked me the pressure had became extremely annoying... Finally my manager tried to make me to resign, he wrote a fake report for the HR department, it referred that my "buddy" was my Scrum master(he had hired in the Team after me.....) and other lies.... Finally I leave the company in the end of the month... It's a pity for such a giant company to have so bad motivation and behaviour to young people......In my opinion if someone thinks of going on this department please take into consideration all the above and think it again.....Please ask the Informatics trade union of Nokia to take information....they helped me enough.....
