1. Nice Place to work. Opportunity to grow. 2. Job Security. 3. Opportunity to work in different roles. 4. No time sheet filling needed. 5. Leaves are many times not applied and even managers ignore if not applied. 6. Sodexo food coupon facility available.

Cons

1. Salary would be Year of experience * 2. With other product based companies one can get *3 standard. 2. Below standard canteen. 3. Politics and south Indians are more preferred, if manager is Telgu then he will promote Telgu people, if manager is Malyali then Malyalis r preferred. Rarely few people are not biased by this.
