Pros

Good for Line Management Function Good for 9 to 5 job

Cons

- Nepotism - It is in Blood of Nokia - Politics - Very evident - The So called Gods (Line Managers) takes full benefit of man power reduction due to restructuring. There is no relationship between your performance and job safety. If you question your line manager or HR they make sure that you will not be rehired. In there HR database the HR and Line manager put a remark and it will make sure that you will not be rehired. - The Employe engagement survey is a big eye wash. It is a way to identify the unsatisfied person in group. The manager then try to take such unsatisfied person out by spoiling his rating or making him a part of man power reduction.
