Pros

Amazing office life, great community of professionals. Pay is around average from hungarian perspective, and very low in eu regards (such as in almost every other industry here). Also 3-4 days of home office.

Cons

Pay raises rarely follow our out-of-hand, insanely high inflation.

Pros

Varied workload, heavy on process/structure (if that's your thing), reasonable opportunities to learn.

Cons

Unpleasant management with big egos, toxic and back-stabbing atmosphere, Legal team overworked and overstretched, Legal function stuck in the past with only misguided and flailing attempts to modernise.

Pros

The company and workplace is very diverse and I met a lot of great employees and people. That was the most amazing part of the job. The location was in a renovated, walkable community with a small lake. I transferred to the IOT lab and my team was amazing. Very hard-working and knowledgable. The quality of your work and time all depends what department you are in!

Cons

The business is very poorly managed. Upper management always wanted to present that they had everything together and the company was doing well financially, but they were not productive at all. There were meetings to schedule other meetings to schedule other meetings. Data management was also extremely disorganized, most likely due to all the acquisitions and discommunication between departments. All these factors caused projects to be delayed or incomplete. Most of the employees are very nice, but watch out for some of the older creepy men if you are a younger woman. I experienced way too many inappropriate, sexist comments and sexual verbal advances working at Nokia. I talked to HR and she told me I need to stand up for myself more and be stronger lol. Trust me, I did. Anyway I transferred departments to IOT and I absolutely loved my new team!!
