Pros

-Good international work opportunities/exposure. -Benefits are middle of the road. (Insurance rate is good, but no 401k match) -Local (US based) management is willing to support employees as much as they can and will put in the work to get the job done

Cons

-Bad company culture, hard to say many employees enjoy coming to work everyday. -Engineering quality is not a priority to management. Only schedule and cost. -A lot of reviews mention good work life balance, this is not true for technical positions. Be prepared to work extra hours and weekends. -Constant fear of layoffs within the workforce
