Pros

The company has very good culture and work life balance. The atmosphere is friendly. Although the manager assume little so much power than they are supposed to.

Cons

Not really, all you are expected to dois your job. You will some redundant training, even when you are not going to use those training, they are mandated for you and it is pain for you.

Nokia Response

We appreciate your constructive feedback. When we offer training to our employees we are hoping that they support their development. As a global company we need to respect some guidelines for being compliant on the market as well and this might imply some specific training like leading business with integrity for example. We still do hope that the majority of the training you attended helped you to grow and that you find them useful for your development.
