Not winning enough & important project Not profitable (Do they know how to run a company to profit or not) Very dis-organize - Work weekends and nights, work scheduling is improper Job future unknown - soldier on Increment was not given due to fact was ask to give to those more deserve of it - Those who didn't negotiate well before joining (we have to suffer to for them) Too many re-organization and policies keep changing (given excuse world is changing, deal with it) Not enough training given - Force to support and be oncall without proper documents and training.

Nokia is a hardware company that comes from market domination during the ´90 and beginning of 2000 and is now set to a low market segment, where hardware plays a very secondary role. Elop set a new strategy, but: - Thr machine is extremely slow to react - Senior managers are unable to lead anywhere - Political wars are the everyday standard, especially in Location and Commerce Unit - Forget about career, the senior management does not leave any free space for people below - Any decision takes ages to be implemented and will be reviewed constatly (there are projects with no product release at all after 3 years, but still existing!!)
