      very flexible work environment, still. Exposure to front end technologies.

      Cons

      Poor salary ioncreases. Company increasingly uses BMI to increase profit on employees back. Upcomming jobcuts with a direction less management. tendency to micro management . Really poor communication and direct line management has poor understanding of technology and business.
