Talented people, great working culture, good benefits, possibility to grow within company to some edtent, possibility to get a contract abroad.

Cons

Low salary, no clear direction or strategy, every couple of months big reorganizations, bad communication from management towards employees, IT seems to be always behind the market with all decisions

- Culture of discussion with no decisions being made. - If you are not based in Finland then forget it. - middle-Senior management do not have the capabilities and personalities to motivate staff and make decisions.
