      Pros

      Exceptional good work culture and work environment. Possiblity to learn and grow up in your career with Nokia. There has been always good appreciation and recognition for the good work by the employees. There would be good opportunity to meet people of different cultures, background and the exposure and experience you would gain from them is amazing.

      Cons

      Strategies from the top management have gone wrong always. It has adversely affected the work force and work all around the world in Nokia. Decision to ramp down main OS, not to go for Andriod. picking up MS...seems like everything has gone wrong and nothing is working at the moment for the company. And due to these decisions day by day market share is also going down globally.

      Pros

      Get to work on latest technology. Flexible work hours. Work-life balance. Friendly work environment. Good 401K match. Good compensation. Good technical trainings.

      Cons

      Little to no synchronization with Finland teams. Managers are laid back. Difficult to get the promotion. Medical plan is not that good. teams are distributed to different geographical regions.
