learning work on live network and getting deep knowledge of GSM only if you are interested. NOKIA tool is also used in various other companies so it will be a added advantage to your resume may be the main highlight of your resume, and however NOKIA SIEMENS itself is a big brand name in the market.

Cons

increment is not as good as expected and nowadays only BHARTI AIRTEL and TATA project is big project and hiring is also freezed from a long time only internal transfer are allowed nowadays.

Cons
