      1. Constant reorganizations and uncertain road maps 2. Salary not competitive with market standards 3. Brand name taken hit because of latest announcements

      - Felxible hours, you can organize your working time and time off - Somehow competitive salary - In the heart of the technology fight - Truly global player

      Cons

      Nokia is a hardware company that comes from market domination during the ´90 and beginning of 2000 and is now set to a low market segment, where hardware plays a very secondary role. Elop set a new strategy, but: - Thr machine is extremely slow to react - Senior managers are unable to lead anywhere - Political wars are the everyday standard, especially in Location and Commerce Unit - Forget about career, the senior management does not leave any free space for people below - Any decision takes ages to be implemented and will be reviewed constatly (there are projects with no product release at all after 3 years, but still existing!!)
