- good bonus 15% - flexible working hour - company established very good design process, may be one of the best in tech company - multi national company culture

Cons

- higher managements don't have patients - changing decision very quickly - lack of innovation and vision - not save to work for this company now a days.

Cons

Promotion and new oppurtunities are controlled by a group who've been with the company over 10 years, it's all about who you know, they aren't keen on change even when they are in such a dreadful position

Pros

THe sompany is good and is promissing a comeback. I belive in the transformation and hope that we achieve the target well before 2013.I believe in the turnarround and shall try best to make it turn arround.

Cons

Because it is in Turnarround, the ACP is freezed so that is a bit of concern. but in comming years if NSN has good financial books every present shall reap the benifits of the turnarround.
