Pros

When Nokia was truly a Finnish company the transparency, innovation and fun was high. Very little hierarchy and people could be assured that their ideas mattered.

Cons

Paranoia, self-delusion, and desperation…that is the current mood. Though there are still some very good people in the company but many have left. Senior management is often Microsoft castoffs.

good work/life balance, good pay and benefits.

Cons

Very slow processes. The company name is Nokia Siemens Networks because bothe companies in the name still operate seperatly and that is hurting the company.
