- Very weak HR function - Too slow to get anything done in a fast pace industry - Many reorgs resulting in uncertainties and delays - Teams are scattered across the globe making it difficult to communicate

Great work environment. Excellent competent and professional employees.

Cons

corporate vision changes every 2 months and management is chasing the latest re-organization. Poor market strategy and in the midst of major restructuring, thus causing instablity in US facilities and many rounds of layoffs.

A lot of trainings are provided. Allowances, compensations and the amount of workload are reasonable and satisfactory. The working environment is comfortable.

Cons

The sales and marketing team is not as aggressive as Chinese competitors. The company loses a lot of markets in Asia market.
