company is full of incompetence at management levels... most of the people who knew what they are doing are gone.

compensation is fair global exposure and travel some opportunities to rise to your highest level of incompetence only way to get promoted is to move to Finland

Cons

even high achievers are let go in mass layoffs most competent people have left the company by now if you're not Finish, forget it. long working hours if you are in other region besides Europe pay increases are minimal at best match cost of living during good years terrible management from middle all the way up the ladder... CEO is arrogant promotion within is non-existant if you are not use to Finish culture, get ready for "passive aggressive" oversight
