People who work there are great Openess to innovative approaches Need to make a turnaround quickly (and being part of it) Industry type

Not "big enough jobs" for senior people and to avoid creating bad feelings, the more senior ones end up being engaged in activities where less experienced people might be engaged. Never clear enough if you are or are not accountable, finally, for a specific result, and who else is sharing the same responsibility with you.
