flexible working ours are motiveting employees. Continous learning. Respect to individuals, supporting new ideas, toloration of trial and error. possibility to grow in cross organizations.

Cons

not easy to grow within own organizations. Promotions subject to title changes. leaders focusing daily work instead of driving comunnity with their ideas.

Great Benefits, Reasonable pay, reasonable work hours

Cons

lack of communications between each department way too many important functions have been outsourced which caused less of control in everything inflexibility lack of leadership from the management team
