Could be really fun but internal competition and lack of sharing between teams makes it hard.

The company has good social and environmental policies. The bonuses are usually pretty good. The mobile industry in an exciting market to work in.

Cons

A lot a bureaucracy and heavy processes. Internal competition is high and cohesion among members of different domains is weak. Direction and organisation changes too often and takes too long to be implemented.

Pros

Good place to work. Great mentoring of newly hired engineers, but confusing amount of paperwork one has to deal with even after staying for 1 year. Would recommend as a starting place but not for mid-career engineer

Cons

As explained above, the paperwork can get you down, and if you are not pro-active and seek out people who know stuff better, can easily get frustrated by small detail
