      1) Nokia had a Work Culture, where one could take decisions and get Guidance when required 2) Exciting Work Environment in the developing Telecom Sphere in India

      1) A part of the Top Management preferred On Paper Experience rather than In Market Experience 2) Movements were slow and Career Management was 'Work Under Construction'

      fairness to employees, benefits, quality employees, cross-training across functions (employees aren't professionally siloed into a particular career)

      Cons

      too big and matrixed organizationally, managemetn is disconnected from the consumer and the actual tasks employees are doing. no focus on retention and measuring retention, management is prone to letting employees figure out how to fix problems even though the problem is systemic (i.e. management is disconnected from the consumer).
