- Great 401k match - Good work/life balance - Some travel abroad - Incredible R&D - Interesting projects - Talented and friendly designers

Cons

- Some incredible R&D but it's never implemented into the devices - Too many OSs and devices to provide quality designed UI and software - Unfortunate new Silicon Valley slant. If you aren't willing to move to that boring, overpriced area, you're not going to have promotion opportunities. - Blatant nepotism. Frequent promotion of fellow former IBM and Microsoft employees over more qualified individuals. - Lack of leadership training for managers

One of the company values is "Very Human" and @ Nokia its at the core of everything they do. There is great respect for employees.

Cons

Nokia is going through lot of changes in the strategy and is not the right place to move in at the moment. There is considerable uncertainty regarding future of the employment and the company's profitability as such.
