Pros

Nokia supports a great work life balance. Respectful of personal time. I've heard stories of Nokia being an awesome place to work in the past. I only worked there for 5 years of declining market share. It was not a great place due to the business problems - therefore salary increases were minimal.

Cons

Waste money. Ineffective organizational structure. Does not empower divisions to take advantage of opportunities. Does not understand the US market.

Great work life balance fair compensation if well negotiated peers and colleagues are very friendly flexible work hours great team spirit

Cons

Will be taken for a ride if you do not negotiate appropriately. Freshers (Graduate Engineer Trainees) paid more compared to certain unfortunate employees with good experience.
