Good place to acquire technical knowledge from employees. Agile is one of the aggressive development process used in many teams which will unleash one's potential. Individuals are given opportunities to take responsibilities.

Cons

Higher Management is not taking better decisions in growing company. Company is not doing well with the competition. Package is also not good.

Pros

Some very competent and skilled people. Changing positions is easy and is encouraged. Decent benefits.

Cons

Pay is ok but you will never get a decent raise when transferring inside the company, no matter how good you are. Raises are peanuts.

get valuable experience in the IT society. Also staff can get great discounts on new and or upcoming product trials.

Cons

reducndancy, staff dont often see it coming its like one minute you have a safe job and the next your cut out.
