It a Very Nice Multicultural Enviroment, I strongly recommend for those that are looking to get some International and Multicultural Experience. The people treats other with Respect which makes the Work Enviroment quite a pleasant one. Fair Compasation. The Company Encourages Open Communication.

Cons

NSN is a Company that is in a Very Very Competitive Market where Cost Reduction and Cost Control is a Must. NSN is into a very tough Competition against Chinese players.

Good 401k match hard to get fired. If you like to avoid work and let 50% of the staff do all the work then look no further you have found your home.

Cons

Low pay. Socialistic environment where everyone treated equal whether they perform well or not. Terrible office space. Like Japanese call center

Cons

Many things done for the wrong reasons. Too much overlap in projects and duplicated work. Not much sharing of information between different sites. Employee's get disciplined for providing opinions on how to solve problems
