Challenging time due to tough competetition. You are almost everyday in a new situation. Nokia Siemens is also the technology leader which makes your work even more interesting.

Cons

Egypt expat benefit policies are not align with global standard. Induction of the new expat emloyess should be improved to make smooth transitions.
