Pros

Good place to work. Great mentoring of newly hired engineers, but confusing amount of paperwork one has to deal with even after staying for 1 year. Would recommend as a starting place but not for mid-career engineer

Cons

As explained above, the paperwork can get you down, and if you are not pro-active and seek out people who know stuff better, can easily get frustrated by small detail

Pros

1. Work/Life balance is very good. 2. As organization is very very big....lots of things goes around and person with passion can find people doing various things. 3. Ample time to try out things and experiment more. 4. Management is supporting and recognize your hard work.

Cons

1. In recent times, top level decisions have turned out to be destructive in terms of implementation which lowers employee morale. 2. Projects often misses the deadline which results in bonus compensation. 3. Often implementing the things which has come to market already resulting in loss of market share. 4. Too much R&D for certain modules and at later point of time...cancellation of project or cancellation of product turns employee work into waste.
