The salary and benefit are satisfied here. Employees are respected here. Staff club activities are very rich. The shuffle bus is very convenient.

Cons

The salary promotion is relatively less as per the promotion rate of similiar companies. The campus is not very beautiful.

Pros

"Access to State of the Art technology" - a relative term Great Work Environment Fair treatment, without discrimination based on colour or sex

Cons

Location of work site On site catering facilities were a pain, as the location of the facility was outside city limits it was either the messy food/ asking your wife to cook for you at 5 in the morning!

not much to grow, flat organization and re-org oftern. "global" usually comes in the way of "local" decision making, end us launch bad proudct in US market and no one wants to take the blame
